To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same individual or by individuals acting in concert — is strictly prohibited. Venom55 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. If a duplicate Account is identified, Venom55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. Venom55 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Venom55 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary Account restriction or permanent closure.
By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge and accept the following:
Venom55 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT TRC20, BNB). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Player Account tier. Players are advised to consult the cashier section of the Platform for current applicable limits.
Venom55 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified Accounts using e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
Player Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. Venom55 accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated within the specific offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you must place a total of RM3,500 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
Players who deposit via qualifying cryptocurrency methods are eligible for the 2% crypto deposit bonus, capped at MYR 688 per qualifying deposit. This bonus carries no wagering requirement but is subject to standard anti-fraud verification. Full terms apply.
Players participating in the Refer-a-Friend programme will receive MYR 38 per successful qualifying referral. A qualifying referral requires the referred individual to: (a) register as a new Player using the referrer's unique referral code; (b) complete KYC verification; and (c) make a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals and referrals of existing Players are void.
All bets are subject to acceptance by Venom55. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation message is displayed on the Platform. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, Venom55 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
Sports betting odds are published in real time and are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds stated at the time of confirmation are locked for that wager. Venom55 offers betting markets on events including but not limited to: English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and major international tournaments. The availability of specific markets is at Venom55's discretion.
Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers and are subject to the rules of the individual game as presented by the live dealer. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or spin, Venom55's system records shall be the authoritative record of the game state at the time of disconnection.
All slot games on the Platform operate using certified RNG technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical average and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

Venom55's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Venom55 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account with immediate effect, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.
Venom55 may permanently close an Account and terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to the Player's registered email address. In the event of termination for cause (including fraud, prohibited conduct, or material breach of these Terms), any remaining Account balance may be forfeited at Venom55's absolute discretion.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily must contact Venom55 support at the email address provided in Section 16. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to the Player's most recently verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
Venom55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address at least 7 (seven) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or security considerations.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Venom55's licensing jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Players in Malaysia acknowledge that they access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws governing online gambling in their jurisdiction.
